Storytelling through acting and filmmaking is one of the deepest ways I have found to communicate. As a snowboard instructor, I had to think on my feet and act quickly by defining a potential problem and then trust my instincts will lead to the right decision. I lead groups of people from start to finish and learned how to gain their trust so they could have a great experience.

The service industry taught me how to anticipate needs, multitask and most importantly stay self-motivated. I have learned how to handle any situation with grace and ease by staying focused on the customers need. And, my attention to detail and aesthetics is what set me apart from the rest.

Volunteering helped me to refine my natural empathy and understanding. I have always been curious about the human condition so, whether it was painting the nails of the elderly or feeding the homeless for a day I always knew that by the end I would leave with more than when I arrived.
